Team Goat 3 SengKang Rangers 3

GoatXII! Why? Because we only have 12 men on the pitch today and we battle the hot sun and big field like gladiators fighting beasts in the arena. (thank you you for coming down!)
To my surprise it is not only our team that could not get the numbers... Sengkang Rangers only have 13 today. Thus it became a game of perseverance. The game started off well for us and we eventually get into the lead thanks to JC's amazing solo effort. What's to note is that he finishes with his right foot to the bottom left corner!
Half of the First half came our Captain who was late. And Captain he was. Playing striker, he cooly found the net in the first minute he was in the field, capitalising in an error by the opp's backline!
In the midst of that there were goals scored by Sengkang. And it ended 3-2 in their favour.
2nd half started off well again for us with us having hydrated. (why? tell u later) We pushed the opp time and time again but was constantly being caught offside. Is that really the case i guess only the ref knows as we pleaded time and time again. Finally we managed to break the offside trap thanks to Jackson who just stand there to let JC to run in to collect the through pass. And he score easily by placing to the side of the goalkeeper. 3-3
After that was just waves and waves of attack by both us and the opp. But luck wasn't on any of ours side. We too miss a few good open chances but all in all its just football.

Finally back after a long absence, Jinchuen easily scored 2 goals to help the team. Definitely one of the key players for the squad. Miss him than, glad to have him back now! Don't go missing liao!
Special mention to Tin as well as he control the midfield like a pro today. Although getting body contact time and time again he held his ground and deliver quality balls for the attackers to chase. Kudos!

Oh! and for the water case, the whole water supply to the toilet was down thus, no water cooler or whatever. Thanks to boonwee who help us buy water we were able to hydrate during the half. And do u guys know what's the worse part of that? After the game the Field warden push out a carton of 100+ and h20 to sell! what a plan!
