(Jackson)
Team Goat came into the game with a slightly improved record of one win and one draw, and we looked more likely to better this record when we kept our opponents at their half for the first 20 minutes. Despite holding up to much possession, there was no penetration in the attacks, as we fired less shots than our opponents. That proved to be fatal, when our opponents finally scored from a scramble that resulted from a corner kick.
As always, we pressured hard after conceding the first goal, and we were rewarded with a goal within the next 15 minutes when Yitwoon dribbled to the byline before slipping a wicked pass to Jackson for the easy tap in.
The second half was more evenly matched, as the opponents brought in more of their regular line-up. There were glimpses of personal brillance on both sides of the pitch, but the only attack that made a difference was when the right midfielder of RockU managed to cut into the penalty box and beat a few defenders before putting the ball past the helpless goalkeeper.

A few pointers, IMO,
- Shots On/Off Target - we really need to get more of these to win the game. i have to agree that i fall into this category of players who prefer to dribble the ball into the net as well, but seriously, at this level, i dare to say that half the keepers don't dive, of the half that dive dive for show, so any shot will really put them into trouble.
- Defence - our defence is finally getting use to the system. the current system allows more players to join up during attack, and that has really increased the options when moving forward. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to make that count.
- Passing - I think there's one lesson I learnt from investing, and that is to make a decision when you have a clear and sound mind, and it is crucial to uphold this mentality in soccer. Please don't pass the ball to your teammate when you finally do not have a choice. Pass a ball when the choices are available and when the teammate is ready for your pass. Take on a player or two if you must, but look for who you want the ball to reach in advance, so you don't panic when the opponent hustle and tussle with you.
